Choosing a Charity

• Animals/birds – people tend to be drawn to animals – there is an emotional connection
• Africa – passion ——>
• Elephants ————-> Big topic within Africa at the moment.
• Poaching ————-> There is a huge problem with poaching
• Ivory ——————> for ivory.
• Satao (world’s largest elephant – killed) – recent incident that I can use to conjure emotions from people. They will be able to identify with one specific elephant.

Why?

• The website is quite boring to look at – doesn’t make you want to keep reading the website
• There is way too much information making it look too business like
• Not enough strong campaigns that make an impact
• Only 2 ads (posters) – good, but not enough!
• It definitely doesn’t draw people in (however the logo is strong)
